A small processing fee on real online checkout (mobile money and card) — clearly disclosed on every transaction. WhatsApp checkout stays free. No per-customer surcharge, no percentage of revenue on top of that.
Yes. Upgrade Starter → Pro takes effect immediately; the fee difference is prorated. Downgrade Pro → Starter takes effect at your next billing period so you don't lose Pro features mid-cycle. Products over the Starter cap get soft-hidden and restore automatically if you upgrade again.
