Soko ecosystem terms

Soko is a SaaS ecosystem for African SMEs. We provide a shared identity, tenant, subscription, and billing layer; individual products plug into that layer. Your relationship with Soko begins when you create an account at getsoko.co/signup.

You agree to maintain a single Soko account and to keep its credentials secure. We will never ask you for your password. The same login works across every Soko product.

A Soko tenant represents a business. The account that creates the tenant is its owner; data created under that tenant (storefronts, customers, orders, financial records) belongs to the tenant. You can transfer ownership or delete the tenant at any time from your account settings.

Plans are billed monthly through our payment partners. Switching plans takes effect immediately; cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. We don't store card details — every payment runs through Marzpay's hosted gateway or mobile-money STK push.

Each product layered on top of Soko (Marketplace, Services, CRM, Finance, Automations, AI) has its own terms covering its product-specific obligations — transactions, customer communications, regulatory scope. By using a product you agree to both its terms and these ecosystem terms.

You can delete your Soko account at any time from Account → Danger. This cascades: your tenant, every product workspace, and all historical records are removed. We retain anonymised aggregate analytics; no personally identifiable data persists.

Soko provides the ecosystem layer as-is. We are not a party to transactions or communications conducted through individual products. Each product's own terms describe the scope of our responsibility for that product.
